Topping:
Mix with fork and sprinkle over muffin before baking
4 Tbs. Brown sugar
4 Tbs. all purpose flour
2 Tbs. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Stir first six ingredients just until blended. Gently fold in chopped apples and nuts. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Sprinkle top with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until brown on top.
