Directions:
Pour 7 cups of cold water into a 3 qt. saucepan. Gradually add the entire contents of the soup mixture and mix gently with a wire whisk to remove any lumps. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, gently stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
