Brunchy Sausage Muffins/Bars
Ingredients:

2 cups Old Mill Sausage Ball Mix
1/2 lb. bulk sausage (suggested: Jimmy Dean Sage)
1/2-3/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese (suggested: Monterey/Colby Jack)

Directions:

In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add all other ingredients, adding enough liquid to get the consistency for dropping dough into greased muffin cups. Fill 2/3 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes for 24 mini-sized muffins or 25-30 minutes for 12 large muffins. For sausage ball bars spread into a 9x11 sprayed baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
