Can't Get Enough Collards (or Turnip Greens)
Ingredients:

16 oz. pkg. fresh washed & chopped collards or turnip greens
4 tsp. Old Mill Gourmet Seasonings (Country Blend Herbs & Spices)*
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. of each: sugar & salt (or salt according to taste)
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Olive oil
3 cups hot water with 4 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved

 

Directions:

Bring large kettle of seasoned water with salt, spices, dissolved bouillon and oil to a boil. Add collards or greens. Cover with lid & simmer approximately 30 minutes or until greens are tender & most liquid is cooked dry. (May need to drain some of the liquid upon completion of cooking or may thicken broth by adding 3 tbsp. cornstarch to 1/4 cup hot broth & gradually stir back into greens.)
