Directions:
Bring large kettle of seasoned water with salt, spices, dissolved bouillon and oil to a boil. Add collards or greens. Cover with lid & simmer approximately 30 minutes or until greens are tender & most liquid is cooked dry. (May need to drain some of the liquid upon completion of cooking or may thicken broth by adding 3 tbsp. cornstarch to 1/4 cup hot broth & gradually stir back into greens.)
