Directions:
Combine all ingredients & mix well. Place in ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
May be used as a side dish without the chips. May also be used as an entree by adding a pouch or can of drained cooked chicken breast & drained sliced black olives to above ingredients. Place about 2 tablespoons down center of flour or whole wheat tortilla shells. Roll up tightly, place seam down in greased baking dish & sprinkle top with additional shredded cheese & black olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with salsa if desired.
