Ingredients: 1 cup Old Mill self rising cornmeal.
3/4 to 1 cup of buttermilk
1/8 cup cooking oil
Directions:
Mix the above batter
Heat small amount of oil in cast iron skillet (get very hot)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Pour batter into hot skillet and place into preheated oven.
Bake for 25 or so minutes (top of bread should be browned.)
