Easy Beef Stew
Ingredients:

l-2 lbs. stew beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt & 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 bag Old Mill Tomato Basil Soup with 6 cups water, cooked according to instructions
4 each, medium potatoes, carrots and celery, peeled and cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups chopped onion

 

Directions:

Coat meat with flour & seasonings. Brown in hot oil in Dutch oven. Add soup, and veggies. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
