Ingredients:
8” flour tortilla
Shredded cheese
(Mexican blend or Monterey Jack is great for this!)
Old Mill Red or Green Pepper Jelly or one of our other
famous pepper jelly, jam or preserves
Directions:
1. Heat skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread pepper jelly on one side of tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top.
3. Once skillet is hot, spray with pan release.
4. Place tortilla flat onto skillet.
5. Heat for about 60 seconds.
6. Remove from skillet and fold in half.
