Ingredients:
1 16oz. Old Mill Sweet Corn Relish drained
1 cup Monterey Jack or Colby Jack Cheese
1 cup Mayo
1 onion chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place in an ungreased 2qt baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with black olives (optional). Serve with tortilla chips.
