1 jar Old Mill Sweet Corn Relish, drained well
2 lbs. potatoes, cooked & mashed or 1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes, prepared according to package/instructions
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 tsp. salt & pepper to taste, plus 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken-mushroom soup & 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

Brown chuck, seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic salt. Drain well. Add jar of drained Corn Relish and soup mixed with milk. Mix well. Spread meat mixture into ungreased 3 qt. baking dish. Top with prepared mashed potatoes which have sour cream added. Drizzle with butter & grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
