Mexican Layered Fiesta Dip

Ingredients:
Old Mill Chile Con Queso Dip
1 pound of ground meat
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Taco seasoning

Directions:
Mix Old Mill Chile Con Queso Dip according to directions. Allow dip to chill a minimum of 8 hours.

Step 1: Brown 1 pound of ground meat (beef, turkey, or venison)
drain meat and season with a taco seasoning. Allow browned, seasoned meat to cool.
Step 2: Spread dip on a platter or plate, leaving room around the rim.
Step 3: Sprinkle (cooked, seasoned, cooled) meat over dip on platter.
Step 4: Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of other layers.
Step 5: Shred lettuce and sprinkle over entire platter.
You may garnish entire platter with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, black olives, etc. Use plain tortilla chips as dippers.

(You may use lowfat or nonfat products with this mix.)
