Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs; stir in pie filling and oil (or butter). Add dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Fold in nuts. Spread into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan.
For glaze, combine brown sugar & apple juice or milk in small saucepan. Stir constantly and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat in remaining ingredients, adding enough confectioners sugar to make a good consistency. Pour over cake & sprinkle top with nuts. Makes 12-16 servings.
