Pat’s Good Chicken Salsa Soup
Ingredients:

1/2 cup each, onion chopped and celery chopped
2 cans 14 oz. chicken broth
2 cans navy beans (do not drain)
1 can chopped collards or spinach (drained)
1 jar Old Mill Chunky Homestyle Salsa
1 chicken breast, cooked and seasoned to taste and cut into chunks

Directions:

Saute onion & celery in chicken broth until tender. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
