Pumpkin Dump Cake
Ingredients:

1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or use 4 tsp. if eliminating other following spices)
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup sugar
4 cups Old Mill Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup melted butter
½-1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:

Mix first 8 ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Blend last 4 ingredients (they will be dry & crumbly) and –pour over pumpkin mixture. Drizzle top with a little more melted butter, if desired.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping or
