Directions:
Mix cake mix, pumpkin spice and soda. Blend water, pumpkin and eggs. Beat well. Pour half mixture into greased 13 x 9 pan. To prepare crumb strusel, blend remaining ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle half on top of batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 325 for 50 minutes.
