Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain & set aside. In large saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add milk & cook until sauce thickens. Add heavy cream, 16 oz. of cheddar, 8 oz. of colby jack, and Bacon & Cheddar Cheesespread Mix. Cook until cheeses are fully melted, stirring often. Add cooked macaroni to cheese mixture & mix thoroughly. Place macaroni mixture into a 9x13 baking dish & top with remaining cheese. Place in oven & bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese melts on top. Makes 9-12 servings.
