1 lb. lean ground beef ½ large onion, finely chopped 1 ½ tsp. salt ½ cup Old Mill Thick Table Rolled Oats (oatmeal) 1 large egg, beaten well ½ jar of Old Mill Chunky Homestyle Salsa
Directions:
Combine all ingredients & mix well. Pat into a 1 qt. loaf pan or baking dish. Spread a little additional salsa over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
